1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in the AD Premium Supply Member Privilege Plan (“Privilege Plan”) and use of the Wallet System on the AD Premium Agent Portal. By signing up as an Agent and performing any wallet top-up transaction, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.


2. Eligibility

The Privilege Plan is available exclusively to registered Agents on the AD Premium Agent Portal. Individuals must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid Malaysian IC or business registration to sign up.


3. Wallet Top-Up & Privilege Tiers

Agents may top up their wallets to access exclusive benefits and privileges. Each top-up tier unlocks different levels of rewards and discounts as shown below:

  • All top-up amounts are inclusive of extra credits and are non-refundable.
  • Extra credits are automatically applied upon confirmation of payment.
  • Exclusive discounts will apply only to eligible product categories as determined by AD Premium Supply.

4. Credit Expiry

All Wallet Credits, including Extra Credits, are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of top-up. Unused credits will expire automatically after the 12-month period, and no extensions, refunds, or reinstatements will be provided.


5. Usage & Limitations

  • Wallet Credits and Extra Credits can only be used within the AD Premium Supply Agent Portal for purchasing approved items.
  • Credits and discounts are not exchangeable for cash or transferable between users.
  • Any abuse of privileges, including fraudulent top-ups or misuse of credits, may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Changes & Updates

AD Premium Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Privilege Plan, or any part thereof, including its features and tiers, at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the official website.


7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Privilege Plan for any violation of these T&Cs, misuse of services, or suspicious activities.


8. Liability Disclaimer

AD Premium Supply shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or disputes resulting from expired credits, incorrect use of the wallet system, or changes to the Privilege Plan.

10. Governing Law
